www.DaxCafeBar.ie was opened by myself and Olivier Meisonnaive in October 2010. It is a bar that serves beautiful tapas as well as 300 wines and 27 world beers including Tuskar from Africa and Toohey’s New from Australia. Even though we have many of the World's beers, if im not having a glass of wine I still end up going for a pint of Heineken or Guinness! 

Dax Cafe Bar is located in a beautiful old Georgian townhouse at 23 Pembroke Street in Dublin 2. It is in the ground floors of number 22 & 23 that used to hold the First Credit boardroom. The building is just shy of 200 years old and before it was the First Credit Boardroom was the dining area and formerly a small ballroom for ‘The Grey Door’ a restaurant and guesthouse many people have very fond memories of. 

Dax Cafe Bar is open from 8am to late Monday to Friday and for Brunch on Saturday from 12.30 until late. We are also available to be booked for weddings, birthdays and engagement parties. You will not find a better, friendlier or Bar in Dublin with more understated class.
